Networking at the Off-Price Retail Summit & Expo
The Off-Price Specialist Center’s new mid-year Show—The Retail Summit & Expo—is set to launch May 6 – 7 at the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa in Las Vegas.
Some of the biggest names in off-price retail have committed to attend the May event, which will be preceded on May 5 with an Industry Day outing of golf and tennis at Spanish Trails Country Club.
“We’re very excited about this new networking event,” says Executive Show Director Julie Ichiba. “The response from retailers has been very enthusiastic. Our pre-registrations are double what they have been for any of our other mid-year events. The off-price industry is all about building strong relationships. Holding the Expo off the Strip at the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa will give our exhibitors and retailers a great opportunity to network in a comfortable and more intimate setting and to find new and creative ways to work together.”
New Retail Advisory Board
In conjunction with this event, the Off-Price Specialist Show will be holding its premier Off-Price Retail Advisory Board meeting.

Back-to-School Product at Below Wholesale Prices
The Retail Summit & Expo will feature great buys on summer closeouts and back-to-school merchandise offered by some of the top off-price vendors in the country. A May Show is the perfect time for retailers to shop summer goods for immediate delivery and to find the below wholesale buys on back-to-school goods.
Opening Night Reception
On Tuesday evening, May 6, Off-Price will throw an opening night party at the Southpoint with hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, a “hot” band, and karaoke. Tickets for the party can be purchased at the Show.
Off-Price Industry Day – May 5
The Retail Summit & Expo will kick off with Industry Day on Monday, May 5. Retailers, off-price exhibitors, and show management will gather for a day of golf and tennis at Spanish Trails Country Club followed by an Awards Reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres that evening.
Founded in 1984, Spanish Trails Golf and Country Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in Las Vegas. The beautiful, state-of-the-art 27-hole course was designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
Net proceeds from the event will be donated to the American Brain Tumor Association in honor of Michael Reiss of General Sales Company.
